For the games and apps of H.L. Delaney · Basalt Sea Press
The short version: these apps do not collect any personal data. They are built to be played, and nothing else.
Nothing. Our apps — including Salmon Run and Return of the C'waam — do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information about you or your child.
Your progress (such as a tended lake or a family lineage) is saved only on your own device, using the operating system's standard on-device storage. It never leaves the device, and we cannot see it. Deleting the app deletes it.
These apps are made with children in mind and follow the same rule for everyone: no data is collected from anyone, including children. There are no ads, no outbound links designed to pull a child out of the app, and no way for a child (or anyone) to share information through the app.
If this ever changes — for example, if a future app needed a specific permission — we will update this page and describe exactly what changed and why, before it takes effect.
